Cookie Policy
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. It allows the site to remember information about your browsing session.
Cookies used on the platform
Session token for user authentication.
User interface preferences (theme, sidebar, display settings).
Platform performance and audience measurement. Anonymized data.
Core Web Vitals and loading performance measurement.
ContextIQ Chrome Extension
The ContextIQ Chrome extension uses chrome.storage.local to store the last selected element and the platform connection URL. No cookies are set by the extension. Data remains local to your browser.
Essential cookies
Essential cookies are required for the platform to function properly. They cannot be disabled. They are used solely for authentication and do not collect any personal data for marketing purposes.
Managing your preferences
You can manage cookies in several ways:
- Browser settings — block or delete cookies through your browser preferences
- Local data — clear localStorage through your browser developer tools (Application > Local Storage)
- Account deletion — deleting your account removes all associated data
Deleting essential cookies will log you out of your account and prevent access to the Services.
Third-party cookies
The platform does not set any advertising or marketing tracking cookies. The only third-party cookies are those necessary for integrated service operation (authentication, anonymized analytics).
