Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the subscription to services on the platform www.boostecom.app (hereinafter “the Platform”) published by Christopher Lasgi under the BoostEcom brand.

The Platform provides AI-powered e-commerce assistance services, including a dashboard, a tracking scanner, a conversational assistant, automated workflows and third-party connectors.

2. Pricing

The Platform offers various subscription plans whose prices are displayed on the Platform's pricing page. Prices are shown in euros including tax. BoostEcom reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time, with current subscriptions remaining at the subscribed rate until renewal.

Some services operate on a credit system. Purchased credits are valid for the duration of the current subscription.

3. Subscription and payment

Subscription is completed online through the Platform. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the chosen billing period (monthly or annual).

The User can manage their subscription and payment methods from their account settings.

4. Access to Services

After payment validation, the User immediately gains access to all features included in the subscribed plan. Access is personal, tied to the user account, and non-transferable.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement.

By accessing the Services immediately after subscription, the User expressly waives their right of withdrawal. The User may however cancel their subscription at any time, with access maintained until the end of the current billing period.

6. Cancellation

The User can cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining period.

BoostEcom reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account in the event of non-compliance with the Terms of Use or these Terms of Sale.

7. License

The subscription grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the Services for the duration of the subscription.

It is prohibited to resell, redistribute or make the Services or content generated by the Platform available to third parties outside normal use.

8. Liability

The Platform integrates artificial intelligence features. Automatically generated recommendations and content are provided for informational purposes only. BoostEcom shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences related to decisions made based on these recommendations.

The User is solely responsible for ensuring their actions comply with applicable regulations (GDPR, ePrivacy, CNIL).

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the Platform (code, text, design, documentation) remain the exclusive property of BoostEcom. The subscription only confers a right of use as defined in section 7.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
