Terms of Use

1. Definitions

• “The Platform” — all services accessible at www.boostecom.app
• “The Extension” — the ContextIQ Chrome extension for BoostEcom
• “The Publisher” — Christopher Lasgi, operating under the BoostEcom brand
• “The User” — any person accessing the Platform or using the Extension
• “The Services” — all features offered (dashboard, scanner, AI assistant, workflows, connectors)

2. Acceptance

Accessing and using the Platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Platform or the Extension.

3. Access to Services

The Platform is accessible after creating a user account. Some features are available for free (tracking scanner), while others require a paid subscription.

BoostEcom reserves the right to suspend or interrupt access to the Platform at any time, without notice, particularly for maintenance or updates.

4. User account

The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any use of their account is presumed to be made by the User themselves. In the event of unauthorized use, the User must immediately notify BoostEcom.

5. Scanner usage

The User agrees to use the scanner fairly and not to:

• Scan websites they do not own or manage for malicious purposes
• Perform an excessive number of scans to overload the service
• Automate requests without prior authorization
• Exploit results to harm third parties

6. Extension usage

The ContextIQ extension is a complementary tool for the Platform, allowing the selection of visual elements on web pages. The User agrees not to use the Extension to extract copyrighted content for unauthorized reproduction purposes.

7. AI assistant

The Platform integrates an AI-powered assistant. The responses and recommendations provided by the assistant are automatically generated and do not constitute professional advice. The User is solely responsible for decisions made based on these recommendations.

8. Intellectual property

All elements of the Platform and the Extension (source code, design, text, images, technical documentation) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or use constitutes infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

BoostEcom provides the Platform and its services “as is”. BoostEcom does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Scanner results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a professional compliance audit. The User is responsible for verifying and ensuring the compliance of their implementation.

10. Changes to Terms

BoostEcom reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform. The User is encouraged to review this page regularly.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
